: (1) Pragya Pratishthan shall have a separate fund of its own.
(2) The fund as per sub-section (1) shall contain the following amounts:-
(a) Amount received from Government of Nepal,
(b) Funds received from foreign governments, associations, organizations or individuals,
(c) Funds received from indigenous associations, organizations or individuals,
(d) the amount received by Pragya Pratishthan for providing any service, and
(e) Amount received from any other source.
(3) Pragya Pratishthan shall obtain the approval of the Government of Nepal before receiving the amount as per clause (b) of sub-section (2).
(4) The amount of the fund will be deposited in the bank designated by Pragya Foundation.
(5) The operation of funds and accounts of Pragya Foundation will be as prescribed.
(6) All the expenses of Pragya Pratishthan shall be met from the fund as per sub-section (1).
